7.Do you accept Drop Ship?
yes,we do drop ship.However,please update receiver's information when you check out.And confirm the address while we send you the order sheet for we pack and send packages depend on the order sheet.
8.Do you always have all products in stock all the time?
the stock update very frequantly, we try to keep 95-100% of them in stock. If any items out stock, we will write to you for replacement, you also can keeping credit for your next order.
9.Do every one of your products come with authenticity tags dust bags or box?
Yes, products come with complete authenticity cards, tags, care booklet, correct serial number and mark, dust bag, shoes box all of these will be packed into a shopping BOX.
10.How long can I receive my bags after I paid you?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping is done via either TNT,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. Delivery may take from 6-8 business days.
11.How can I pay you?

No, not have, all products have stock already show on the website.

No, cards ,tags, booklet ,dust bag, shoes box are all free ,come with products.
15.Where are your products made?
Our products made in China, but the tags show as same as original.
16.Can I buy sample first before buy in bulk?
Yes, accept sample order here! And expecting you first order and our futher friendship.
17.Can you guarantee your items can pass our custom? Do I need to pay anything?
In most case (95%) you can receive our parcels, sent by door to door courier ,if products not left China and seized by custom at china, we will refund 100% to you. but if seized by your custom, we will refund 20% of the value to your next order .
5% case You may need to pay a little duty fee, but in most case no need, depends on your country custom policy.
18.Can you tell me how to order on your website?

19.Do you know which is my order after I paid?
sorry,friend.we could not know your order id if you dont tell us about that.therefore
mail your order ID and payment info to us while you make payment!
20.What happened if I received defect items? Or I do not like it?
if you dont like our products,you can ship them back.
we can refund the amount, but will deduct US$15 for each item as shipping and restocking fees.
Please make sure it's in unused condition and original packaging.
Please put the item number(same as on our website) and your email address in the parcel.
